Client Brief
Maureen was specifically looking for a builder that could be trusted to guide her to achieve the most practical and best quality build outcome. Our skilled design team produced a floor plan that met Maureen’s brief and we were commissioned.
The home had to be built with reverse living and carefully positioned windows in order to take full advantage of the ocean views. Externally, she wanted a modern coastal look with cladding to break up the face brick. Internally, we had hardwood floors, good quality fixtures and fittings and everything low maintenance wherever possible. The master suite was to be on a separate floor to guest rooms. This created optimal privacy when guests were in residence. Finally, a completely secure lower floor, plenty of storage and an upstairs powder room.
