Located in a serene environment, surround by state forests, the cabana and pool area represent the pinnacle of outdoor living. The cabana, with its high vaulted ceilings, travertine floors spilling out to the outdoor area and elegant pendant lighting, offers a spacious and inviting interior. A professional pool table takes centre stage, promising leisurely entertainment, with a wall mounted flat-screen television means these clients can watch the football in air-conditioned comfort without leaving the bar.

The indoor space seamlessly connects to the outdoors through expansive sliding glass doors, revealing a pristine fibreglass swimming pool and spa that serves as the centrepiece of this luxurious retreat. The pool area, surrounded by lush greenery invites the owners out from the main house for a tranquil swim, overlooking the fenced horse paddocks and onto the forest in the distance. Every aspect of this space has been meticulously designed to mimic the rooflines and feel of the existing home, a home we built for our clients over 15 years ago. They wanted an area that created a natural flow on and expansion of their living space.

Complementing the leisurely allure of the cabana and pool area is the modern kitchen and bar. This culinary haven boasts dark blue custom cabinetry with sleek handles, set against Dekton countertops. A gas strut window to the side bathes the space in natural light, offering views of the verdant outdoors, a wonderful practical feature as a servery that opens the space.

At the other end, we have the bar with its polished live edge hardwood bench top and trio of leather stools, inviting guests to indulge in casual conversations over a cocktail. The bar area displays an array of fine spirits and wines, backlit to showcase their labels and hues. This kitchen and bar area is not only a luxurious design but also a functional space that caters to the art of entertaining. It stands as a harmonious extension of the cabana, creating a cohesive narrative of luxury outdoor living that is both indulgent and tastefully appointed.

Not to be missed is a trip to the powder room with its hot and cold shower, gorgeous tile selections and luxe brass fixtures and fittings. It, just like the kitchen bar area, is luxurious and indulgent.

The addition of this cabana, decks and pool does everything the client wanted and that was to draw you out from the main house, entice you to relax, socialise and unwind in luxurious comfort.
