Set in a peaceful landscape framed by state forests, the Coopernook Cabana is the ultimate blend of rural charm and high-end resort living. Designed as a seamless extension of a home built by Sorensen Caldon Ferris over 15 years ago, this new retreat mirrors the original rooflines and character, creating a natural flow from house to haven.
Inside, high vaulted ceilings and travertine floors create an airy elegance, while pendant lighting sets a warm and inviting mood. A professional pool table takes pride of place, complemented by a wall-mounted television, perfect for watching the big game in air-conditioned comfort. Expansive sliding glass doors open to reveal a sparkling fibreglass pool and spa, bordered by lush greenery and framed by views of fenced horse paddocks and forest beyond.
The kitchen and bar area is as functional as it is indulgent, featuring deep blue custom cabinetry, sleek handles, Dekton countertops, and a clever gas strut servery window that connects directly to the outdoors. At the other end, a polished live-edge hardwood bar top, paired with leather stools and a softly lit drinks display, invites guests to linger over cocktails and conversation.
Completing the space, a luxe powder room with brass fixtures, elegant tilework, and both hot and cold showers adds convenience and refinement. Every element, inside and out, has been crafted to entice, relax, and inspire moments of connection.
