Our Consultation Process

1. Visit Us
Visit our display homes in Port Macquarie, our Head office and showroom in Taree or contact our friendly sales staff to discuss your future project.
2. Meet Our Builder
Meet with our Builder/Director, Adam Ferris, onsite for a site assessment and early discussion regarding your design ideas. From here some ballpark site work costs can be determined.
3. Concept Sketches
Hand drawn custom concept sketches will be started at your request, essential to start developing your design ideas specific to your site and budget. You will liaise with the sales team through this process.
4. CAD Plans
Commission at your request Cad drawn 1:100 plans suitable for quoting purposes. This requires our builders to take detailed levels on your site to ensure buildability.
5. Costing & Estimating
All our designs are quoted in fine detail and costings are based specifically on what the clients require. Our Directors then do a full bill of quantities to allow us to present a detailed tender specific to your design and site.
6. Tender Presentation
Our builders will present a detailed fixed price tender outlining your allowances and finishes of your new home. This is done face to face in our Taree or Port Macquarie office.
7. Deposit & Council Submission
On acceptance of your tender price a deposit is made to allow your plans to progress to council lodgement stage.
8. Tender Reconciliation
Tender reconciliation based on council’s findings, Geo tech findings, engineering details and client selections. This will then give us the final contract amount.
9. Contracts & Construction Drawing
Signing of HIA Building Contract and final construction drawings.
