About This Project
This striking Mid-Century Modern home embodies timeless style with thoughtful design tailored for comfort and longevity. Concealed behind a crisp rendered parapet roof, the façade combines clean white cement walls, Blackbutt hardwood shiplap cladding, and beautifully recycled convict bricks—salvaged by the clients two decades prior—offering a unique story and character.
Inside, bold jewel tones, eclectic furnishings, and high-end wallpapers create a sumptuous, inviting atmosphere. The spacious interior flows seamlessly with 9-foot ceilings, wide hallways, and solid Blackbutt flooring into an open plan living, dining, kitchen, and family area that opens effortlessly to the alfresco deck through a recessed corner stacker door system.
Timber accents throughout complement the mid-century aesthetic and antique furnishings, while the kitchen stands out with a bespoke angled Dekton island bench and custom joinery crafted with precision and functionality.
The home offers privacy through a separate master suite featuring a luxurious silk-embroidered bedhead, custom walk-around robe, and a spa-like ensuite with a floating vanity and concealed amenities. A dedicated guest wing includes three queen bedrooms and a resort-style bathroom that exudes indulgence.
Outside, the oversized garage with a red epoxy floor houses a workshop, while expertly crafted retaining walls, insulated fencing, and glass pool fencing complete this quality-built estate.
