Maureen sought a trusted builder to guide her toward a practical, high-quality home well suited to her lifestyle and the stunning ocean backdrop. Collaborating closely, our design team crafted a bespoke reverse living floor plan that maximises natural light and captures expansive coastal views through carefully positioned windows.
The home’s exterior embodies a modern coastal aesthetic, with cladding thoughtfully combined with face brick to create texture and visual interest. Inside, warm hardwood floors flow throughout, complemented by premium fixtures and fittings chosen for durability and ease of maintenance.
Privacy was paramount, with the master suite thoughtfully separated on its own level, providing a peaceful retreat away from the guest bedrooms. The design also includes a secure, well-organised lower floor with abundant storage and a convenient upstairs powder room, ensuring both functionality and comfort.
