Clients Brief
Sorensen & Caldon were tasked to design a home that created the feeling of resort-style living on coastal acreage. Our clients had a vision to create a family oasis: a large footprint home -just over 400 sqm under roof – that was a retreat from the pressures of life, a place to make memories, and spend quality time with family.
The home had to be bathed in natural light and incorporate large entertaining decks plus a resort-style pool. The layout also had to cater to a home business, and separation of this space from the family zone was key.
At the top of our clients’ wish list was an over-sized garage, solid timber floors, butlers pantry and tile heights to ceilings in the bathrooms, but most importantly a good quality build with a focus on attention to detail.
