This is a statement in modern elegance. The Manhattan is a home that blends bold architectural presence with refined detailing. Its façade pairs the rich warmth of Spotted Gum hardwood with the sleek sophistication of CSR Barestone concrete-look cladding and deep-toned PGH Apollo brickwork, creating a striking streetscape presence. The oversized timber entry door sets the tone for what lies beyond: expansive, light-filled interiors designed for both style and comfort.
Inside, soaring 2.74m ceilings, raked rooflines, and strategically placed Velux skylights flood the living spaces with natural light, enhancing the sense of openness. The kitchen is a cook’s paradise; custom joinery in ultra-matte finishes, Dekton benchtops, and smoked mirror splashbacks provide a seamless blend of luxury and practicality. Premium Smeg appliances ensure every culinary detail is catered for, while the adjoining alfresco invites easy indoor–outdoor living.
Underfoot, solid Spotted Gum floors bring natural warmth, complemented by soft wool-blend carpet in the bedrooms and media room. In the bathrooms, large- format porcelain tiles rise to the ceiling, framing custom hardwood vanities and creating a serene, spa-like feel.
