About This Project

ADAM FERRIS – MANAGING DIRECTOR

With a long history in building and construction, Adam started his apprenticeship as a Carpenter & Joiner in 1996 and completed his certificate III in carpentry and joinery in 2000.

In 2003, he was awarded a state medal for receiving the highest pass in NSW when completing his Certificate IV in Building Studies, at which point Adam became site supervisor for Sorensen & Caldon.

Through his commitment to excellence, Adam became a business partner with Sorensen & Caldon in 2005.

15 years later, in 2020, Adam became the sole managing director of Sorensen & Caldon, continuing the tradition of designing and building high quality custom homes.

His expertise is working through practical “best build” outcomes on challenging sites and handling intricate builds that require that extra attention to detail. Known to be a great communicator who clients trust emphatically with the process of building their dream home, Adam loves the process of guiding our clients from their initial site visit, through the design and building phase, to handing over the keys to their dream home.

Adam is a licensed builder who is a committee member of local divisions of Master Builders Association and Housing Industry Association.
